GHANA STOCK EXCHANGE WEEK FROM 01-10-18 TO 05-10-18

THE GHANA STOCK EXCHANGE (GSE) WAS – WITH ALL DUE RESPECT – PERFORMING BORINGLY THIS WEEK. THE COMPOSITE HAD A ROLLER COASTER RIDE AND ENDED THE WEEK ALMOST AT THE WEEK HIGH – AT 3,052.31. PEACE NOBEL PRIZE 2018 NOT TO TRUMP – THANK GOD!

THE PEACE NOBEL PRIZE 2018 WENT TO A CONGOLESE DOCTOR AND AN IRAQI JEZIDE (A CHRISTIAN GROUP) WOMAN.

DENIS MUKWEGE FROM THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF CONGO AND THE JEZIDIN NADIA MURAD WERE ANNOUNCED AS WINNERS TODAY.

THEY RECEIVED THE PRIXE FOR THEIR FIGHT AGAINST THE USE OF SEXUAL VIOLENCE AS A WEAPON IN WAR AND ARMED CONFLICT.

CONGRATULATIONS TO THE TWO WINNERS, AND:

AT LEAST NOT DONALD TRUMP GOT IT!
