IN THE FIRST INDEX, 17 AFRICAN COUNTRIES BUILT UP THIS INDEX; THIS TIME THEY WERE 20. SENEGAL, CAMEROON AND ANGOLA WERE ADDED COMPARED WITH THE FIRST EDITION.

THE INDEX IS BASED ON SIX PILLARS. THESE ARE:
